Consultations are complimentary. Let’s meet, have coffee or a glass of wine and discuss where you are in your planning stage, your vision, concerns, and goals. This is a great time to share your inspiration photos, Pinterest boards, and color swatches. This is typically 60 to 90 minutes.

Day of Coordination

This is for the super savvy couple that wants to plan it themselves, and are extremely organized but want to enjoy and experience their special day with the reassurance that every small detail will be executed as planned. The hard work is done, time to pass the baton to the professionals. 

Starting six weeks prior to the event

  • Complimentary Initial Consultation

  • Unlimited communication through email, text, and phone for questions. 

  • In-person creative sessions as needed

  • Final site visit of Venue

  • Rehearsal and Ceremony planning

  • Unlimited day of on-site coordination - I will be the first to arrive and the last to leave

  • Timeline creation and execution

  • Wedding day Emergency Kit

  • Distribution of final payments to applicable vendors 

  • Detailed day of timeline distribution to wedding party and vendors 

  • Assist with set up of the venue

  • Oversee safe packing and transportation of gifts, cards, and decor 

  • Assist with clean up to meet venue requirements  

  • Depending on the guest count - the event assistant

Partial Planning and Day of Coordination

This is for the hands-on couples that are in need of support during the planning process and want to be worry-free on their special day. Let the details and execution of your vision be in the hands of a professional so you can enjoy a stress-free day with your families.

  • Unlimited communication through email, text, and phone for questions - ask away, I am willing to brainstorm and share ideas to keep you on track 

  • Consultation meetings start approximately 6 months prior to your wedding. 

  • Timelines and checklist to ensure that nothing is forgotten 

  • Vendor recommendation based on budget and style 

  • Timeline creation and execution

  • Final site visit of Venue

  • Attend Wedding related appointments as desired.

  • Creation of Decor Design 

  • Creation of Rental Order if needed 

  • Final site visit of the Venue

This is for the individual that has the vision and worked hard to plan the details. Everything is set and you want to actually enjoy your event. My goal is to be a lovely assistant. You get to enjoy being the hostess to your guests and not miss a moment of experiencing your loved one’s special day. You get to relax and have fun knowing that a professional is working for you behind the scenes to ensure all is going smoothly. 

  • Assist with set up of party decor and food 

  • Interacting with guest 

  • Anticipating the needs of guests and catering to their requests

  • Keep the party area clean and organized throughout the event

  • Breakdown of food items and clean up 

  • Cost depends on guest count

  • Up to 6 hours
